退款与退货政策（水龙头/五金产品）
一、适用范围 | Scope of Application
本政策仅适用于本店销售的水龙头、卫浴、五金配件及相关产品。
This policy applies only to faucets, sanitary ware, hardware accessories and related products sold in our store.
二、7天无理由退货 | 7-Day Return Without Reason
自签收之日起7天内，产品未安装、未使用、包装完整，可申请无理由退货。
- 产品保持全新原状，无划痕、无损伤、无安装痕迹
- 原厂包装、配件、说明书、合格证齐全
- 定制尺寸/定制颜色产品不支持无理由退货
Within 7 days after receipt, products that are uninstalled, unused and with intact packaging can be returned for no reason.
- Products must be brand new, no scratches, damages or installation traces
- Complete original packaging, accessories, manuals and certificates
- Customized size/color products are not eligible for return without reason
三、质量问题免费退换 | Free Return for Quality Issues
产品存在质量缺陷、漏水、破损、缺件、发错货等情况，7天内免费退换，来回运费由本店承担。
请提供订单号+问题照片/视频，客服将快速处理。
If products have quality defects, water leakage, damage, missing parts or wrong delivery, free return is supported within 7 days, and we bear all shipping costs.
四、不予退换的情况 | Non-Returnable Conditions
- 已安装、已使用、人为损坏、改装过的产品
- 超过7天无理由退货期限
- 定制类、拆封后影响二次销售的五金产品
- 因个人安装不当造成的损坏
- Installed, used, man-made damaged or modified products
- Exceeding the 7-day return period
- Customized products and hardware that cannot be resold after opening
- Damage caused by improper personal installation
五、退款处理时效 | Refund Processing Time
我方收到退回产品并验收合格后，1-3个工作日内完成退款。
退款原路返回，到账时间以支付渠道为准（一般1-7个工作日）。
After we receive and inspect the returned products, the refund will be processed within 1-3 working days.
六、退货流程 | Return Process
- 联系客服：发送订单号 + 退货原因
- 客服审核并提供退货地址
- 寄回产品并提供快递单号
- 仓库验收 → 退款/换货完成
- Contact customer service: send order number + reason for return
- Customer service reviews and provides return address
- Send back products and provide tracking number
- Warehouse inspection → Refund/Replacement completed
